Nice ending to the Court of Owls storyline. Art is still strong in this collection but I didn't really enjoy the Mr. Freeze portion of the book (Batman's Annual). Just didn't seem to fit in well with everything else that was going on. It did have a good reveal about Freeze but really could have happened at another time. ( )

In the rebooted "New 52", the location of Gotham City in reference to its location within the United States has not been stated. Beyond that, some sources say its in New York, some: Chicago, once: Connecticut. Until it becomes cannon of which state it permanently can be found in, please just select "Gotham City, USA" and not the option of New Jersey. This is not done with any agenda other than to be as accurate as possible. Thank you.
