The group of long term servants/service employees, their relationships fascinated me. I think the author really enjoyed writing this book. An excellent title. Saint Zita - “She’s the patron saint of domestic servants and she gave her food and clothes to the poor. If you see a picture of her she’ll be holding a bag and a bunch of keys.” Page 4 An urban fox is on the cover, lovely railings, columns around the front door and whit painted sash windows.
