I picked this up off the sale rack at my local comic store for fun, and was not disappointed. I might have to search for a while to find the next installment. I really want more.
The main character is sexy, as the cover would indicate, but look closer and you'll find that the claws are also hers. This came from a super interesting point of view and I want to know more. Also making an appearance is Green Lantern, so, huh.

When the book started, I thought, here we go again with another New 52 character I really don't care about. This title opens in a strip club, and while that sounds like a very adult theme, the rest of the book unfolds like one of the cleanest cut teen graphic novels that fills most of the rest of New 52. Voodoo is a stripper whom you quickly find out isn't quite what she claims to be. The rest is her journeying to find her true self, while secret agents are after her and more information of what she knows about the Earth and plots to invade it. This was surprisingly a pretty fun read, though it didn't do too much to make itself something special. I would be interested to see where this goes. (
