This is a masterful and beautiful story, though the characters are occasionally infuriating (they are, though, always believable). Read the book. The movie is a waste of time if compared, and the characters and situations here are unforgettable. This book combines the best of the greatest writers--the detail and thought of Dickens, the quick moving story of the novel Jane Eyre, the wit of Austen. I'd recommend it highly to any reader. As far as the criticism, it is better written than in some of the Norton editions, of a wide variety, and fairly interesting. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
