The first third of the film is quite good -- the nearly constant mini-Looney Tunes gags happening in the background, and the character-driven comedy (and rudimentary plotting) of Bugs, Daffy and even the ironically two-dimensional human characters is quite entertaining. Once they hit the secret lab in the desert and the Plot takes over, however, it becomes a relatively dull affair of checking off boxes in the treasure hunt to the movie climax. There are still some highlights left -- the chase in the Louvre and (to a lesser extent) the space adventure in particular -- but all in all the rest of the movie ends up being fairly bland. Still, there are some small moments here and there that feel worthwhile, and the first third is fun enough that I find this has a surprisingly decent level of rewatchability.
