![]() Aucun Actuellement, il n'y a pas de discussions au sujet de ce livre. Truth in advertising, I read this book some time ago right after it was released via Kindle. Let me start with saying that this is more of an adventure story than anything. I really enjoyed it. Not too serious, not looking to make some statement on society, no subversive political agenda...just a good ol' fashioned adventure story. It's a fun read, and well worth the price you'll pay for a copy. ( ![]() This was quite the ride, there's a few parts in the book dealing with an earth mother figure which didn't quite gel with me however the rest of it was fantastic - a man on the run after a strange illness results in everyone who comes in contact with him trying to attack and kill him. I gather the earth mother part is setting something up for a later novel, however as it stands it was a somewhat jarring viewpoint compared to the 'actual' story - Mitch Roberts on the run. A good page turner as you are draw into the story and wondering what on earth is going on with poor Mitch, quite a unique presentation and plot, really enjoyed it. Hope the story continues with a sequel. An enjoyable take on the zombie theme. The narration by Justin Robert Young was very good, I think he was channelling Scott Sigler. Very enjoyable, totally different from anything I normally read. Starts off fantasy, then goes to a Zombie-style 'mystery virus' plot line, then takes another turn into 'conspiracy theory' territory...keeps you guessing, a real page-turner. Thoroughly enjoyed this book. It puts a real twist on the normal zombie style stories. The main character is believable and easy to relate to. It's fast paced and fun. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
