"Emo the Bunny was a sad bunny. He preferred gloomy days, walks over a cliff and misery of any sort. One day he saw something very unusual. Normally he'd take a nap and try to forget about it, but for some reason he took an interest. Ducks, bunnies, chickens, squirrels, geese, bears, cows, robins and The Easter Bunny all play a part in the disturbing events which show that woodland creatures aren't always as cute, fuzzy and innocent as they lead us to believe! With beautiful illustrations by Arlene Rose."--… (plus d'informations)

A short twisted fairy tale, with and evil version of the Easter bunny. I enjoyed it, it was different from the norm and funny at times. ( )

1.5 starsI read this one because of the title (How can you pass that title up?) It wasn't very entertaining and had tons of mockery in it (as title would suggest). The part I enjoyed the most was the Easter Bunny being evil and using all the fury forest critters as slave labor. I mean, who comes up with this stuff? It was an odd, weird short story that you should definitely not read to your children. :)

As the name suggests, this story is ridiculous, but I really did love it. The way it poked fun at the emo attitude was hysterical, especially since I used to be one of those emo kids (haha!). This story takes a crazy turn in regards to how the Easter Bunny really does his thing, which was strange, but enjoyably inventive...if you can stomach the idea of an evil Easter Bunny that is... ( )

Why did everything have to be so wonderful when he was trying to wallow in misery?
All he really wanted was for someone to come and hold him, rubbing his cheek until everything was okay.
