I've quite thoroughly enjoyed the first two instalments of this series, and the denouement of the story arc is--plotwise--quite well done.

This is however only 3.5* and the reason for this is that my inner editor suddenly jumped into gear and almost constantly wanted to urge March to stop using cliched m/m terminology and verbiage which I have grown very jaded and leery of:

worshipping cock
threading (fingers through hair or other fingers)
salty tang
tongue tangling

That's just to name a few, there are more, and they come over as shorthand and mechanical writing. Which jars particularly with March, as her storylines are meticulously laid out and individualistic. Thus it's quite disruptive when she resorts to "m/m language".

That's of course my only niggle, well, except as usual the short length. ( )
