29 stories between 18 and 22 pages long. I purchased this book for Sherrilyn Kenyon's short story "B.A.D. Mission" which I enjoyed. I read more than half the authors published in this book on a regular basis. Half the book I enjoyed, half was just creepy. I read for entertainment. Creepy can be seen on the news and around the world. The stories were bad enough I only rated the book 2.5 stars. ( )
i like anthologies because i find new authors. I can read a short story by popular authors on the best seller lists but I never bothered to read any of their work. I can get a feel for books i like in a somewhat different genre or way of telling those kind of stories.
this anthology did all of the above. sigh normally i have a list of like 5-10 new authors for me to add to my reading list.
this time i literally liked every single story. sigh... 29, 29 authors!! only 2 are authors i already read; 5 were already on my TBR list; the rest i think i am adding.
maybe, probably, my TBR is over 2000 books long what's 20 more? ( )
