I enjoyed this collection of thirteen radio plays based on the short stories of Ray Bradbury.

Some of them were eerily prescient like The Veldt, which dealt with the difficulties of parenting in this new world of technology. Others were just plain fun, like The Wind or The Sound of Thunder.

The cast of the radio plays were all different, but all were talented and there wasn't a bad play in the bunch.

Best of all is that I was able to download this from my local library for free! If this collection sounds fun to you, maybe your local library has a copy you could check out. If so, I highly recommend you do! ( )

Dramatized version of Bradbury's stories. Voice acting was well done and sound effects and music were nice enhancements. ( )

This audio version was a collection of radio productions performed by several different actors (funded by Brigham Young University & NPR). It was wonderful!! It was like watching TV while I did my work. It was very well-done, and several of Bradbury's best stories, IMO, were included. I highly recommend this version of the "Bradbury Thirteen"! ( )

I actually got this as my first ever audio book, it seems to be recorded from the old Ray Bradbury TV & Radio series, complete with sound effects.

Brilliant, nostalgic & fun! ( )
