There are a few things that I really like about this book is that it talks about all the different planets. It talks about the different characteristics of each planet as they go through them. Something else that I really like about this book is that on each page and different planet the planet that it is talking about is colored yellow. I like that they change the color because it shows clearly which planet the book is discussing in the correct order. Throughout the book on each page there is a little diagram of the sun and the order of the planets. They also have a size differences in this diagram. Even though the size difference isn't to scale it could be a good starting point to get them thinking about how the different planets are different sizes. Genre- Space ( NF) Review: I liked this book because it is brief but gives good information and also has amazing pictures. I think that it would be beneficial during your color system unit. Its simple and won't overwhelm your students but also gives enough info for your students to learn. Summary: The book was about every planet in the solar system and it had a picture of each planet plus fact on that planet and a description of how they cycle. It focused on each planet and had multiple pages on each planet and them would give facts about what life they have or haven't found on certain planets. Overall I enjoyed this book and Im excited to have it in my classroom so that I can pull it out as another simple resource for my students that need reputation. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
In large type, each of the planets is described in a few sentences. Attractive format shows the position of each planet, along with a photo of each planet's surface. Aucune description trouvée dans une bibliothèque |
