When his younger twin brothers Darius and Devin wreck everything in his life in just a few short days, big brother Clay decides to enlist the help of a friend. Bake is a top at a club called the Hammer, and knows just how to handle two subby boys, even if no one else can tell them apart. Bake is a twin himself, and knows about the special kind of bond that creates. Dare and Dev might be a little closer than Bake and his twin, Bean, have ever been, but that doesn't stop him from understanding their needs. Meanwhile, Bean meets their big brother Clay, who's just back from his tour in the military, and thinks he's found a treasure like nothing he's ever seen. Clay isn't into games, and Bean loves his straightforward style. What should be a perfect solution for all of the brothers, though, turns out to be more complicated than anyone expects. From family jealousy to threats they could never imagine, the boys will have to be tough to take on what life throws their way. Is there strength in numbers, or will both families be torn apart?… (plus d'informations)

I really liked this story about two brothers who become involved with a brother and his younger twin brothers. It all sounds very complicated, and to a degree it is, but reading the story and following the couples was easy enough. It was also very funny in places.

As with many of Sean Michaels's stories, the plot isn't very involved, the focus is on the developing relationships. As usual, there is lots of hot sex, some kinky (the brother "in charge" of the two subby twins has his hands full), some less kinky. All of it hot. Different from most of the other Hammer novels, this one is fairly light on the Dom/sub aspect of the menage, and the outside threat plays a major role in the last third of the book. ( )

A really sweet, touching story. ( )

I know going into a Hammer story that it will be edgy and a bit hard. I expect that and sometimes its what I'm looking for at the moment.

This book was a bit more of a challenge than the other. Unlike some of the other reviews I like the little side story of Bean and Clay. It was sweet and while they weren't into the life style there was a clearly a top and bottom to their relationship.

What a did have a bit more of a problem with was the sexual nature of the relationship between Dev and Dare. This was a bit edgier that I'm used to a it did make me a bit uncomfortable. By the end of the book I understood their connection. I know it was consensual and benefited both brothers. I got more comfortable with but I think it was even harder when their interaction came from an order by Bake.

I'm sorry I read the book and its good to get pushed a bit but not my favorite for this series that's for sure. ( )
