I don;t know his name, but at around 8-9pm or so, a cool middle-aged man sets up a couple card tables out of the back of his van, right there on the pavement near the curb, approximately outside SEE (I'm using their address to make GoogleMaps work). His stock is always different, and the only times he's not out are when the snow is too deep or when it's storming, and he's usually not there on Sundays. His signs say simply "A Good Read ~ $5", so yes, all titles are five dollars. If you have at least $5 to spare, it's always worth looking through his stuff; he's been doing this at least ten years, and ten years ago, all his titles were $3.
