Description :: Boomerangs is a thrift store, with a fun used book section. Books are categorized only very roughly: fiction, kids, self-help, etc. But they're cheap: $1 to $3, and the folks in Jamaica Plain donating here are a literate bunch, so the selection is great.

Their work supports the AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts.
