Our size means we are like a number of specialty stores in one: literature, philosophy, politics, sport, military history, westerns, Australiana, esoterica, religion, law, business, science, science fiction, fantasy, popular fiction, biography, music, quilting…the list goes on…and on.

Since the wonderful Dawn and Hamish took over this bookshop, they have worked hard to organise and re-price the books, so the over-pricing issue mentioned below is not such a problem now. They also are developing their knowledge of the antiquarian/rare/collectible side of the bookshop and Dawn has been mentored by the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers.

Comprehensive range of second-hand books, biggest in Brisbane. Not a place, though, to shop for a bargain!
