personal opinion:
- eclectic selection covering a wide range of topics - while not going particularly deep into any one topic
- very nice staff
- many excellent recommendations are found throughout the store
- parking is a hassle - park on Somerset Street but beware the traffic cops
- good rewards program (and, for those used to Indigo and similar "reward" programs, it doesn't cost anything!)
- eclectic selection covering a wide range of topics - while not going particularly deep into any one topic

* Great recommendations, either in the form of comment cards on the shelves next to staff-recommended books, or when asking the staff directly.
* Unique selection.
* I have had nothing but positive experiences when ordering books from them that weren't immediately available in-store.
