Description :: Located at the main platform of Minehead station, West Somerset Railway. The stall was the brainchild of the late David Perry back in 1998 when he was the secretary of the Friends of Minehead Station. This open air shop offers a wide selection of books on almost every conceivable subject, including second hand magazines with many train and model railway back issues from the 1980's. I even found a handful of French language novels.
Books are reasonably priced at only £1.

The "Halt” is usually open between 10.00 and 16.00 on days when the trains are running.
