I'm new at this and am thrilled at finding so many kindred souls. Book lovers all! I am now putting my library in and have reached over 400 without making much of a dent. I got a Kindle last year so that I wouldn't buy so many books but I don't think that plan is working so far.
Anyway...100 books. Yes!

Welcome! I've been a member for twoish years now, it's lots of fun, but does nothing for my TBR pile! Good luck with your challenge, I'll have to star your thread :)

Okay...here's a week's worth:

#1 Smith, The Lost Art of Gratitude. 1/1/2010
#2 Ford, Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet. 1/2/2010
#3 Thompson, Murder on St. Marks Place. 1/3/2010
#4 Simmons, Hyperion. 1/5/2010
#5 Thompson, Murder on Washington Square. 1/5/2010
#6 Gardam, The Man in the Wooden Hat 1/6/2010

#6 is a wonderful book and kept me up all night...it's a companion piece to her Old Filth (also wonderful).
Am now slogging my way through Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norell. It's quite long but worth it!

What a great start! It looks like you've had a lot of good reads. I've got Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet on the TBR pile and I plan to read it sometime this year. I read Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norell quite some time ago, and it is long indeed, but good.

I agree that LT tends to cause the old TBR pile to grow by leaps and bounds!

Slightly belated welcome from me, too! And just chipping in on the chorus about Mt TBR. It just will not stop growing!!
