I am but I've been reading nonsense recently ... I submitted my thesis a few weeks back and my brain has degenerated to a sloshy mush of YA vampire fiction (I know, shoot me now!). Hopefully I'll be back on the wagon of real literature before long....

I'm still stalled halfway (or thereabouts) through The Woman in White and haven't even picked up The Master and Margarita yet! I'm rather enjoying a break over here, since it gives me a chance to catch up. In theory, if not in practice. :)

These were two long reads but well worth it. I'm looking forward to the next pick!

I have Master and Margarita ready to go, but I have been trying to catch up some on War and Peace which I am reading for a 75 Book Challenge Group Read. However, I have enjoyed going back over the old posts here for the book, too! :) And I still plan to finish The Forsyte Saga, which I put down and never picked back up. But I will probably read M&M first. Sorry to be so behind on things.

I haven't had a chance to re-read Master and Margarita, though I wanted to. Maybe still. Shall we schedule a vote for our next two books sometime in the next couple of weeks?

I may join in the next read, whatever it is -- hopefully more on time! I loved Woman in White but I was a few weeks behind everyone else. And I didn't get to the other one at all. Just wasn't in the mood for it, although I've heard it's wonderful!

I didn't join in for Master and Margarita but looking forward to seeing which book will be up next. Reading The Three Musketeers at the moment...going a bit slow due to work and study pressures. Has anyone read it? Not as good as Count of Monte Cristo i think...plus i'm finding it difficult to get the cartoon dog tv version out of my head!

I'm around. Loved both Woman in White and M&M (at least so far, not yet finished). Looking forward to another group read here.

Hi...hope everyone has had a book-filled summer......Is it too soon to start nominating for the next book? I have to say that I liked the idea of coming up with two titles, because I am basically lazy, but maybe it diluted the conversation too much. Or, maybe it was just summer......I guess I am indecisive as well.......

It's not too soon!!! Love the voting process.
