The Fordham Museum of Greek, Etruscan and Roman Art located in the William D. Walsh Family Library. It showcases nearly 300 antiquities dating from the 10th century B.C. through the 3rd century A.D.
The museum, which is free of charge, is open to the general public Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00pm

Curently there is an exhibit of 30 papyri from Fordham University's collection. They are on display in the Exhibit Hall next to the Reserve Room on the first floor of the Walsh Library. Many of the pieces are very fine examples of Egyptian calligraphy. This exhibit compliments the collection of ancient Greek, Etruscan and Roman art in the museum across the atrium from the Exhibition Hall.
Curently Fordhan's entire collection of papyri (50 items) is being imaged and the images will be included in the APIS (Advanced Papyrological Information System) Website.
