Filter total on Spam Works page miscounts Undecided items

has two rows of filter options, Status and Voting, and these display a count of items as a circled number against each filter button.
For the Voting row, this displays for example:
Unvoted (1) / Voted / All votes (1)
There's a bug with this count number. It updates correctly if you place a 'Yes' or 'No' vote, but if you vote as 'Undecided' the totals don't update. The filter itself does behave correctly and still filters the item.
To see this:
1. go to https://www.librarything.com/spam_works.php
2. on the second row Voting filter, take note of the count numbers for Unvoted and Voted
3. place a vote as 'Undecided'
4. observe the Unvoted and Voted total counts do not change (this is the bug)
This bug is easy to see at the minute because there's only one work up for a vote, and if you've voted it 'Undecided' the count remains showing Unvoted (1) despite there being no items left in the filter.
