That is already the same work.

I have to go to https://www.librarything.com/work/book/236770272 to edit! And, it does not show me as having read on series page.

>3 Bettesbooks: Do you mean the checkmark next next to the title on the series page or the number next to your name there?

>4 AnnieMod: check mark on series page, but I am mostly concerned about the ability to edit without going to find my record entry where I can edit.

See if something changed now? I did an old trick that tends to clear cache issues (which this sounds like). If it does not help, give it a day and see how it looks after that - basically it looks like the site is a bit confused about the status of your book.
Oh - and make sure you had not clicked the “private book” checkbox at the bottom of the edit page — that can cause all kinds of interesting issues.

>6 AnnieMod: Still not working. The series is still not listed under series at https://www.librarything.com/catalog/Bettesbooks

>7 Bettesbooks: Check now? It looked as if your books somehow got combined halfway only so I pulled apart the whole work and recombined all again. That’s what I tried last night as well but I just pulled a single book (and not the one causing the issue). It seem better at least in your catalog so see if it is now behaving elsewhere?

In the future could you specify what you're trying to edit? It makes a big difference whether you're editing your own book data or common knowledge or series info or something else.

>11 jjwilson61: This one was weird - it looked half- combined. It was showing as part of the work no matter how you looked at it, OP was on the list of the users with the book but the book itself was not picking up some of the work level data - the series for example was empty when you looked at their catalog (while total members was correct and the work title/author were correct and all links to the book led to the correct book and work).
I’ve seen something like that a few times before a few times - always requires a combination to be undone and redone.
