Does anyone know if LEC's Invisible Man came in 2 different colors? I see several offerings in the maroon cover and one in plum? They're all from the same year.

Well, obviously it's colorless. ;-) Sorry couldn't resist.

>1 Iggybedora: It can be hard to trust colors on book listings. Often they do not turn out to show the true color.

>1 Iggybedora: As Bernarrd says above, color photos can be misleading as it depends on the skills and abilities of the photographer! I've seen some photos that are so poorly lit that the result does not reflect reality in the least, turning green to blue and vice-versa. And worse.

I think >4 Glacierman: is correct. I know Heritage printed books with different covers, but I don't believe the LEC ever did. Also, I'm not saying it's the case, but sellers do sometimes post HP books as LEC.

5> The LEC did on rare occasion release different covers; the most well known is Barchester Towers, but I imagine there might be a few cover variants during WWII depending on material availability.
