I found a book about 10 years ago in a flight from Atlanta to Philadelphia about a German prince who was an ace fighter pilot that was shot down and captured. They found out that an American fighter pilot looked just like him and brought him in to meet. They decided to send the American under cover posing as the German twin. In the end they trade places and the German pilot goes to American to to meet the family that raised the brother and same with the American.
I can’t for the life of me find the book again and have been searching for weeks. Any help please!

>2 vorkosigan: That actually is the book, thank you so much. I’ve been searching for it for so long. I don’t read the best and it’s one of the few books that I was actually able to get through and clicked for me.
From what I’ve recently read it’s not written very well but maybe that’s why I got it haha

Ha, that's hilarious. I'm glad that was it! It sounds like the author really knew his field (military) so that overcame any writing issues for you.
