EDIT: Already made some changes so link to latest file with first 2 series below
Hi All
I'm working on a LEC checklist and I'll appreciate some feedback on any changes you would like to see in it. I'm still in the process of trying to get all of the required permissions so it is not ready for wider distribution yet. Essentially the goals are:
-Doing a complete checklist for LEC titles. (Including variants, i.e. Ulysses signed / not signed)
-You will see sections are highlighted so if we have done a photographic review of the title you can click on that and it will take you to the review
-Also included is links to the Monthly Letters, shipping notes and related ephemera for a specific title
I'm still figuring out functionality etc, but below is a link to the First Series and first 16 newsletters. Let me know what you think

Excellent idea, particularly if you can add pictures of the book and Monthly Letter.
Nothing seems to happen when I click on the Monthly Letter link at present using a Mac.
You may wish to see how the Folio Society Devotees have done a similar task with links to brochures and pictures, but within Library Thing here.

>2 wcarter: Thank you, will have a look. Will be good to know if the links work for anyone else, we did test it and seemed to work, but on PC

Very nice. I'm on a chromebook, and was able to open the ML images by right-clicking on the highlighted text and clicking 'open link'. Look forward to exploring more over the next few days.

>1 rocklands: if you are generating this from some underlying collection of metadata, it would be useful functionality to be able to expose info such as designer, press, paper, typeface, displayface, bindery, and so forth.
Looks great in any case.

Thank you, I'm considering adding those items as well, but also want to be careful in not overloading the document. I might create 2 documents, a more basic LEC checklist and a more comprehensive list, that includes all of the above information. I also want to in time with hopefully help of the community, keep editing the document to make sure it is as complete as possible, but listing the various variants that exist. documenting as much of the ephemera as possible and so forth. It will take a while, but I should have the initial basic document ready in not too long and can then build on it from there

>7 astropi: yes, it has certainly been the standard list for quite sometime. I'm looking to do an updated list with some additional information

I converted the majure.net list into a spreadsheet (essentially just splitting the info into separate fields) a while back if it's any help.
