LT App bug for username changes

To reproduce:
1. Using a test account, make sure you're logged into that account on both .com and the LT App (I tested on the iOS App).
2. On librarything.com, request a username change for the test account. Log out on .com so the change can be processed.
3. After the change is processed, go into the LT App where you're still logged in with the old username.
4. Go to "Your Catalog" and/or the "Add to Catalog" page in the App. Get the "There was an error connecting to the server..." error message (see screenshot below).



We should be force-logging out the user, if possible, or providing a better error message that lets the user know they need to log out and back in as the new user, correct?
