Contemporary Romance. Unexpected pregnancy mistaken for affair

Hey guys, I´m looking for a book I´ve read last year but it was published maybe 4 years ago. It´s a contemporary romance about a troubled billionaire hero in the US (maybe New York City) who falls in love with "ordinary"/strong heroine. All I can remember from the plot is that at some point !!!!SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!:
the heroine thinks she´s unexpectedly pregnant and wants her female pediatrician friend nicknamed "Bob" to confim it. She coincidentally meets the husband of her pediatrician in the parking garage of the clinic and greets him by hugging him. The hero sees all this (he followed her because he found a note of hers saying "meeting Bob"), now thinks she has an affair but leaves the parking garage without confronting her. When she arrives home at their (maybe) penthouse, she sees hero drunkingly making out with a (maybe) prostitute to make her jealous (because he thinks she has an affair with Bob and wants to hurt her back). They argue, hero tells her that he knows about the meeting with Bob and wants her to end "it" (the affair) but she thinks he means the pregnancy. She refuses and leaves him. She goes back to her hometown (maybe Southern USA). I think (but I´m not sure) while she`s there that she thinks she had a miscariage but it was "just normal bleeding" and the rookie doctor falsely diagnosed a miscarriage. Anyway, at some point the hero comes to her and they clear up the misunderstanding.
As you can see, I remember a lot about the plot but the names of the protagonists/author/book title.
