Hard cover book. takes place in late 1800s. Man or women pulls horse drawn wagon on bumpy brick roads with a churn. Each page states klippity klop, and by the end of the book the bumpy road turned the cream into butter. Cover may have been red. Picture of wagon cover. read in 1990s from school library.
