Stand-alone college football romance series

I read this book sometime during 2020 but it didn’t come out then it follows a girl who falls for a college football player. I can’t remember a whole lot I know that they originally don’t like each other then soon start to fall but one of the groupies of the football player works with the lead female and they’re in a class together and during the midterm the main character uses her phone to answer a call from the football player she’s dating and the groupie tells the teacher and the lead female gets put in academic probation. I also remember the lead female and the football player begin to live together in the middle or the book. Near the end of the book the lead female finds out she’s pregnant because the groupie had switched her birth control for sugar pills and when she goes to tell the football player he proposes in the restaurant they’re in for lunch on campus. I also believe that he was drafted into the NFL in the end of the book.
