Found: YA mystery book

Hi!!

I read this when I was in high school awhile ago and for the life of me I can’t think of the name of it (I think fire is in the title)

It has to where a young girl was taken from abusive parents given to a couple who is friends with another couple.
They call the girl Baby D (real name is Devon that you find out at the end)
She’s taken from the couple and given back to her original family and she ends up burning down their house killing them.
She goes back to the couple to see they had a biological kids as did their friends. A boy and girl. I think the boy was named Cody. (Devon poses as this kids girlfriend and tries to break apart the family from the inside and kill Cody) Yet the reader is lead to believe it’s a totally different girl
Devon also takes revenge on the lawyer, judge that sent her back to her bio parents by killing their kids.

Anyone know what the title is?
