Folio Society USA account unlock wait time?

So I could remember my password for the *old* site. The stricter password requirements for the new means I can't recall it. My notes on what it was set to didn't work it seems. I tried several times with what I believe is my password. But then it just said my account is locked.

So I did the 'reset password option', it correctly sent the link to my email. I used the link to reset my password, and it was accepted.

But when I try to use it log in, my account is locked still.

SO, how long does this like wait before it unlocks?

I am trying to place my Spring order, but they web site is conspiring to make me keep my money.
