Unable to access LibraryCat Admin module

Hi is anyone having this problem of not being able to access the LibraryCat Admin module? I am able to access LibraryThing and the catalogue interface of the LibraryCat and thus change the loans and returns for books using these but am not able to even open the Admin module. Help!

I just replied to your email: I'm glad you're at least in your LibraryThing account! Please check your email and we can walk through getting you back into your TinyCat Admin portal.

(NB: we haven't had other reports of this, I suspect it may be a singular issue but we can investigate together!)
