New Feature: Separate Billing Contact

We've just added a small but handy improvement for TinyCat subscribers: If you have a separate billing contact or department that handles your actual TinyCat subscription, you can now manage that from your Contact Settings under the “Billing Contact” section here: https://www.librarycat.org/admin/settings/contactsettings.

When you add a billing email address to your account:

  • We will send all bills and payment receipts to the billing contact email instead of the main contact email.

  • For any issue that involves payments and an account-level issue—like a free trial ending warning or an account disable warning—we’ll send notifications to both the billing contact and the main contact, making sure to keep everyone in the loop.
