What groups are good for authors?

Hi. Brand new user. I took a look at Groups and it looked like all of them were geared to readers. Are there groups for authors somewhere? Thanks,

There is a strict no advertising policy (http://www.librarything.com/privacy) but there are places for authors.

Any group that suits your interest is good for you.

Very, very few groups are good for advertising your books, if that's what you mean.

One would assume that most authors are also readers.

>4 suitable1: One would assume so, but I have seen several self-published books that make it obvious that the author hasn't seen a book since school, and probably didn't open many back then either.
