Suntup printers and papers

I was doing some research about the production of various Suntup Editions books, and I thought others might be interested in this being all in once place. I don't own any of these, so I gathered this info from a combination of Suntup's website and images of limitation pages from sale listings.

The three H. G. Wells titles—The Time Machine, The Invisible Man, and The War of the Worlds—were printed letterpress by Robert LoMascolo using a Vandercook cylinder press on Stonehenge paper (lettered) or Mohawk Via Superfine paper (numbered). Verified by limitation page images on a sale listing.

The following titles were printed letterpress by Bradley Hutchinson using a Heidelberg press:

  • I Am Legend, by Richard Matheson, on Hahnemühle Biblio mould-made paper (lettered) and Teton paper (numbered). Verified by limitation page images on a sale listing.
  • Rosemary’s Baby, by Ira Levin, on Mouldmade Zerkall paper (lettered) and Mohawk Superfine paper (numbered). Verified by limitation page images on a sale listing.
  • Misery, by Stephen King, on mould made Arches wove paper (lettered) and Crane's Lettra 100% cotton paper (numbered).
  • Horns, by Joe Hill, on ives cotton paper (lettered) and Mohawk Superfine paper (numbered).
  • The Haunting of Hill House, by Shirley Jackson, on Cranes Lettra Pearl White cotton paper (lettered) and Mohawk Superfine Softwhite eggshell paper (numbered); note the numbered copy was printed offset in this case (struck out info from Suntup website is incorrect; based on SDB2012 comment below).
  • The Bridges of Madison County, by Robert James Waller, on Hahnemühle Biblio paper (lettered); I believe there was no numbered edition of this one.
  • The Lottery, by Shirley Jackson, on Velke Losiny handmade paper (lettered) and Zerkall Frankfurt paper (numbered). Verified by limitation page images on a sale listing.

Press unknown (these are both recent, so maybe Hutchinson also):

  • Fahrenheit 451, by Ray Bradbury, on Mohawk Superfine paper (both lettered and numbered). No info about the press on the limitation page (based on an image from a sale listing). Website specifies letterpress.
  • The World Doesn't End, which is printed on mould made Zerkall paper (lettered) and Teton paper (numbered).

(Unless otherwise specified, paper details are from Suntup's website.)

The following titles were printed offset for all editions, lettered and numbered: Seed, A Scanner Darkly, The Auctioneer, Neuromancer, Let the Right One In, The Road, Bibliomysteries, Brother, and Red Dragon.

To be complete, there is an Eyes of the Dragon art portfolio as well which has some (letterpress) printed components. The press wasn't obvious, but I'm also not particularly interested in this, so I didn't look very hard.

>1 abysswalker: Thanks for putting this together. Slight correction regarding the Haunting of Hill House numbered edition.

from the HOHH colophon:

The text pages are set in Carlson typeface, and printed letterpress on Mohawk Superfine Softwhite eggshell paper from photopolymer plates by Bradley Hutchinson on his 18" x 23" Heidelberg cylinder press.

This was a change from the original HOHH communication which was that it would be printed offset. The Red Dragon numbered was printed offset on Mohawk Superfine and the numbered Brother was printed offset on Cougar Opaque.
