I got The Part About the Dragon was (Mostly) True as an Early Review. I was really excited about it because just by the title I was anticipating a Terry Pratchette-esque, fun fantasy adventure. And I think that's what the author intended.

Honestly, I didn't get through the third chapter. The author seemed more interested in digressions and asides and hadn't really gotten to do much story-telling. It was frustrating. I also found the unreliable narrator to be a narcisistic jerk, not someone I wanted to spend a book with.

I didn't get very far in before I gave up, because I'm not the type to commit to a book I don't like. I know a lot of people that would find this book probably hilarious and great. It's not the book for me but it does have a pretty great title. And if you like the title, it might be the book for you.

>9 KittyShields: This thread is just to say what title you won. You need to add the title to your library and review it there.
