How do you display your LEC books?

How do you collectors like to display your books? I display them with the slipcase spine out to protect the spine of the book. If it is a multi-book collection in a single slip case then I will turn it around so the actual spine of the books is visible.
Also, I was arranging them by the order when they were published. This seemed pretty tedious when I had multiple titles from the same author (Twain, Dickens, Dumas, Verne) published in different years. After my last move I decided to arrange them alphabetically by author and year of publication.
I don't think there is a right or wrong way just curious as to the forum prefers.

Ugly side out to protect the spine. I shelve by size or wherever I can make a hole in my bookcases. If I had a thousand less books I'd shelve them by subject and author unless they are part of a set.

Loosely by author and size. Slipcase facing for the most part for LECs and spine-facing for HPs. HP shelves look far more exciting. LECs, on the other hand, require familiarity, which I started to get after some time.

Perhaps, one day I’ll invest in UV blocking glass doors or window film. Btw, has anyone tried that?

Taking a cue from Mr. Carter....

Thus:

and thus:

etc, etc. Not so much display rather just getting them onto shelves, as I have so many more books than shelves that I gave up on organization long ago. Many are still in boxes. *sigh*
