dumb newbie question

Hi all,

Is there any "rules page" or other way to get a handle on the basics of flagging? Like, I'm gonna look through this forum, of course, but I mean, the REAL basics - I just figured out that a blue flag is a "not a review" flag and not a "good" flag! Is this set out anywhere, or are people just expected to keep their eyes and ears open? Thanks.

Um, to be perfectly honest, the best place I know of to see what the flags mean is in the pop-up text that appears when you go to flag a review. It says right there by the blue flag "Click here to flag this as not a review" and by the red flag "Click here to flag this as a violation of the terms of service", with a brief explanation (that "not a review" doesn't mean a short or poorly-written review, and with a link to the TOS") for each. If that wasn't clear enough, I don't think there's anywhere else that it's clearer.

4> Not a review" is admittedly subjective for the edge cases -- if someone had just put the price in the review field and had that blue-flagged it would probably be pretty obvious why. I'll admit I have no idea why people would have red-flagged your reviews, though I never saw the original version. I green-flagged the blue flag, so that should fix itself soon enough.
