Problem with BookMooch e-mails and forum posts

I have been using BookMooch happily for several years, I think always with the same e-mail address (at least for the last three years or so). A couple of weeks ago I got a notice that my account was being put on vacation because I had not responded to a mooch request and the moocher had canceled for that reason. I never received the BookMooch e-mail about the request. I posted a question on one of the forums in BookMooch about this. A few days later I mooched a couple of books from somebody and never got the e-mail about their acceptance, although it showed up on my pending page. (I don't know if the request I missed would have showed up on my pending page because I never used to check that unless I had transactions pending.) In the meanwhile I saw on two BookMooch forums that other people had suddenly been having the same problem. Then suddenly I would post something on a forum, save it, see that it appeared on the forum, and a couple of hours later my post would disappear. I e-mailed to tech support about it and that's when I discovered that my account had been blocked. I can still get to it if I reply to an e-mail that I've gotten, but I can't just log in, can't use any features except my "pending" page (and then can't even log out), and in the meanwhile I am waiting for the promised e-mail from tech support. Nothing has showed up in my junk/spam folder, and the BookMooch e-mail address is included in my address book which doubles as a "safe sender" list. I am curious if this has happened to other people in this group recently, and if so how they have resolved it. (I've sent two e-mails to tech support but will not send any more, since I gather they don't want to hear from people more than once.)
