Forgotten title

I am trying to find a book i read years ago. It was a regency romance novel where hero kidnaps heroine and i believe takes her to a island and impregnates her with twins then returns her to her father as revenge for something. I cant remember if she was married or if she was engaged. I think the twins were a boy and girl and something was wrong with the girl and they used the twins as leverage against the hero who kidnapped her. Or something along those lines

Is it “a pirates love” by Johanna Lindsey ? There is a second book where they have two kids a boy and a girl
