I have multiple copies of the same title which have different publication years but with the same ISBN number. (e.g. 1988 publication and 25th Anniversary publication)
Is there a way to have the two options show up under as different options under the same title name without having the duplicate ISBN number warning?

It's the same book interior, same ISBN? Then it's considered the same Work. You'll still have two Books listed in your library, but it will be considered a duplicate because it's the Work.

If it is a different work, but same ISBN, it would need to be separated accordingly.

At one time, there was discussion of an edition layer that would allow some differentiation of books within the work, but that has gone to the side (though may be part of the expected redesign.)

It's just a warning, not an error message or anything dire. It's there for your information - there's no harm done by having "ISBN duplicates".

Please note that without extensive changes to the content, "25th anniversary publication" does not warrant separation as a different work.
