Just this morning, Nuestro GG en la Habana by Pedro Juan Gutiérrez (Dirty Havana trilogy etc.), in which Graham Greene, the writer, and one George Greene, nobody, confoundingly intersect in Havana among prostitutes, Jewish hunters of Nazis, FBI agents, American Communists, and stunningly endowed transsexuals. Sounds fun but in fact is feeble. Gutiérrez's trademark emphasis on people's sexual features and sex life comes across like a weird advertisement for sex tourism to Cuba.
