We all have books that were instrumental in our development, for my wife it was a book called "Angela" (or at least according to her recollection).
She first read the book in1978, so it would have been published before then, but it was most likely between the mid-60s and then. It was your traditional pulp paperback, black cover with a bust-type portrait of a blond woman on the cover. She recalls a number of the sexual encounters in the books, but she'd really like to find it again.
Any suggestions on where I might start looking for such a thing?

Thank you for the quick response! I sent this to her to do some research to see if that's the one.

After doing some reading (https://www.ebay.com/itm/Jean-Blanche-ANGELA-Award-Books-A159X-1st-Printing-October-1965-PB-/312546558108?oid=183204382068) it seems this is not the book she's looking for.
She mentioned it wasn't a travel journal, it was in a more modern setting. Excellent lead though, thank you.
