Half of a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie (and one of my top 5 books for 2018)
The Grave's a Fine and Private Place by Alan Bradley (latest Flavia de Luce mystery and that series is one of my favourites to listen to)
Born to Run by Bruce Springsteen (read by Bruce and a really open exploration of his life)
Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett (really funny story about demons!)
Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate (poignant story about orphans and family)
The Genius of Birds by Jennifer Ackerman (really interesting discussion of how smart birds really are)
Seven Fallen Feathers by Tany Talaga (investigation into the deaths of seven indigenous teenagers in Thunder Bay while they were attending school there)
The Lightkeeper's Daughters by Jean E. Pendiziwol (also set near Thunder Bay but fiction this time)
