Hey y'all,
I am currently in Berlin on a project and have a sneaking suspicion I am being blocked based by country from certain archives. VPN has not been helpful, as I get stuttering dead end blank page. Specifics -- ebsco magazine archives, which I thought I could use with either my NYPL or AFPLS library card...Forgive me for posting randomly and with no introduction (Hi, I love Nabokov and am hoping to go to school in Berlin for archiving but I live in New York/Atlanta right now etc I'm sorry...:( ) anyway any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

>1 adaorhell: How frustrating! A VPN would have been my first stop, too. You might try reaching the staff at the NYPL (or whichever library you'd be using for access). If you need help looking up contact info (if, for some weird reason, their entire website is blocked), I could look that up for you.
