Manga or Comic i forgot the name of but really loved and want to read again

Hi! So I know this is gonna sound wordy and I'm for that, but its all i can do to find this manga/comic.

So about 3-4 years ago i was visiting a library with family, and I borrowed a few manga, one of which is the one I need help finding again!
The first thing i can remember about the manga is that its main character was a female witch with white hair and she had this shadow thing following her around like a pet and it really liked cookies. Well the main character also has an older sister, there was no mention of parents, and she works at a night school for supernatural kids. So the sister goes to work that night asfter being woken up from the witch sister dumping a bucket of water on her, and she gets kidnapped or taken (i don't know) and no but the sister remembers her. Theres also werewolves and vampires who are in it too, one girl i know has like clairvoyant powers and is like friends with this older werewolf.

Please help me find this! I've tried everything already to find it! I even visited the website of the library i got it from originally!

That sounds like Nightschool by Svetlana Chmakova. Main character is a white-haired witch girl named Alex; her sister is named Sarah. Four volumes total.

Hello i remember that i was in 4th grade i was looking for a book, i just chose a manga cause it caught my eye. It was a girl going to a new school out of town. The girl later learned that if you fail you get locked in the lighthouse the girl thought she was going to get locked up but her new friend she made did. I believe the second manga is her trying to break her friend out. it had the girl with a huge wrench in the cover please help
