I have very little interest in royal weddings, but this sermon is steeped in the human rights and civil rights narrative and deserves to be noticed.

Saw this live on TV and have to say his delivery was electrifying. A breath of fresh air from the pompous dry academic homilies we often get from prelates. Some of congregation looked a bit bemused/stunned. Well done Bishop Curry.

Kudos to Bishop Curry, but also the wedding couple for choices in music, readers--audience included hundreds of millions all over the world!
The commonwealth countries and California were embroidered on bride's veil--nice.
An indication of use Duke and Duchess of Sussex intend to make of bully pulpit that will be their lives?

(ETA: Coptic Orthodox Archbishop of London, Anba Angaelos, received the Order of the British Empire from Queen Elizabeth in 2015 on account of his services to international religious freedom.
