If you are weeks or days from releasing a book, novel, manuscript, do you find yourself overwhelmed by which marketing priority to do first, second, third and so on?
Facebook Page; email list; blog post; etc etc.
What do you do to regain control?

The first thing you should do on LT is complete your library. Most readers on here won't bother to check you out until you list your library. They figure that without a listing you are only passing through to self-promote your own book.

I ask my publishing company what they're doing for marketing.

I have both Facebook page and a blog for my book. The book just came out on Tuesday and is distributed by national book network. My book is for crafters and I am doing a book signing and window display TOMORROW at a great yarn shop in San Francisco. I offered extra gift 🎁 to personal friends who purchase my book (I had notebooks made up with artwork from the book on cover).
It’s a start.

Make a check list. Don't forget your author page on Amazon too.
