Yes, I made a mistake; initially I created venue 109149 (Hokkaido University) thinking this was the universityreferred to, before realising afterwards that Hokkaido University of Education is a separate university, which I subsequently entered as venue 109150.

I suspect I will need help with this one:

in https://www.librarything.com/local_sources.php , under the Pakistan listings, is a "Central University of Gujarat". The only university I can find with this name is in India, not Pakistan. I have added this to LibraryThing as venue 109194. (It is not inlibrarytechnology.org , so may need to be added).

The closest university I can find in Pakistan is the "University of Gujrat" (with a slight variation of the name). I have added this to LibraryThing as venue 109195. Pakistan's Higher Education Commission - http://www.hec.gov.pk/english/universities/pages/recognised.aspx - doesn't appear to list a "Central University of Gujarat" as existing.

In terms of linking the local source, I'm inclined to link to the university in India due to the similarity of the name, working on the assumption that the local source page has recorded the wrong country. Does that seem reasonable? Or is the local sources page more likely to be meaning the "University of Gujrat"?
