Don't forget that our semiperiodical review of the usual period of unusual procedures is well nigh upon us.

Also, the turnips are is simmering as we speak.

You'll find a salad of rhubarb greens on the counter.

Who's got the goat cheese and honey?

4SylviaC

I brought the octo pie.

Wasn't that review referred to the procedure committee in 1929? Their report was never entered into the minutes; the typing pool may still have them.

>1 mrgrooism: Hey! Fix your typo!
>2 PhaedraB: Ah yes, that will go nicely
>3 reconditereader: Rosie's on her way from the GD with a platter as we speak!
>1 mrgrooism: No.
>4 SylviaC: That too will go nicely, sometimes a little too fast to catch when skittering across the table, but yes, it goes nicely.
>5 suitable1: Yes, they are currently at the bottom of the typing pool, and all wet.

>7 torontoc: Northeast corner, right by the SPITTING COBRAS.

Move slowly and keep saying nice things in soothing tones and you'll be fine, probably.

I'm always distressed when group members are more focused on refreshments than on the relevant procedural issues. The real question is whether or not we are going to permit the wallabys to become permanent society associates or if the ban currently in place is to remain fixed. We need to assess the potential rise in hotel insurance costs if we decide to forego the unusual procedures put in place following the Great Molasses Bottling Incident of 1969. This is not trivial.

>9 jillmwo: The wallabys are on notice. Oh sure, they're good at grass chewing, always an asset in the circles we keep, but they're just not very keen on cyphers, panic management, or conservoliberal pulpitbullying. I just think the wallabys are a bunch of (oh god here he goes) wannabes.

Still, they are cute, and very, very good at avoiding puddles of acid, so we'll certainly have to schedule a vote for sometime last century.

>4 SylviaC: As a point of procedure, what kind of ice cream does one serve with octo pie? The caterer was asking.

>11 Marissa_Doyle: A scoop of Squidzilla finishes it off to perfection.

Has anyone checked the wallabies for squirrel compatibility?

14Marissa_Doyle
Sep 8, 2015, 10:41 pm

I believe the latest generation has USB (Universal Squirrel Bus) ports already installed. Maybe the older ones can be retrofit.

>13 PhaedraB:, >14 Marissa_Doyle: Yes, in fact the squirrels are rather keen on pouch riding in the USB. Some have in fact taught individual wallabies to say PEW! PEW! when the squirrels shake twigs at passersby.

As a general reminder: it's the yellow button you want, not the blue one. You know what happens when you mix the two up.

As far as I know, I have not died out. At least not yet.

Now you've got me worried.

I will report back after further research.

Sorry to worry you. I meant the original group (society).

Should we send the enforcers to your house for a welfare check?

26Marissa_Doyle
Sep 11, 2015, 2:17 pm

But--but aren't we paying the enforcers? They shouldn't need welfare checks, should they?

27PhaedraB

I have no more checks left to give.

Unless balances are handed out with them, as they should go together.

We have three branches for that. However, there is a squirrel on each one of them.
